I recommend using a water-based lube to create a better seal. You can adjust the suction to adjust the pressure on your bits. I really like the different modes and it does feel like oral! Only complaint is it is a bit noisy and mechanical sounding but if you can ignore that, it is totally worth it! Feels great on nipples as well.
